About Us
Capriole has produced award-winning, farmstead goat cheeses for 20 years in the hills of southern Indiana. Our fresh (rounds and logs), ripened (Wabash Cannonballs, et.al) and aged, raw milk cheeses (Mont St. Francis, et.al), are served and sold at the finest retail shops and restaurants across the country. All our chevres are produced on the farm exclusively from the milk of our own herd.
