Pearl, Inc. dba Indian Ridge Shrimp Company, is a first receiver / unloader, and further processor of Wild Gulf of Mexico domestic shrimp. Between our three production faculties in Chauvin, LA, we produce shrimp products in various forms, i.e. HDLSO, PUD, P&D Tail On & Tail Off, and IQF and breaded. We pack for retail, food service and institutional clientele. We also produce a quality, yet inexpensive lobster slider and shrimp popper.
