Nestled in the La Plata mountains of south west Colorado, La Plata Livestock Co. produces beyond organic grass finished beef. Our beyond organic mission is:
-Produce healthy and clean meat products for our customers
- Raise and handle our animals in a low stress pastured environment where a cow can be a cow
- Improve and sustain the natural environment for all the species it supports and the generations to come.
