Creaking Tree Farm is located in Alvin, IL. We have been successful in growing Hardy German Hardneck Garlic for the last 4 years. Our seed garlic is from our own stock. Everything is hand planted and naturally grown -no synthetic chemicals or fertilizers.
Garlic Scapes will be available in May 2021. We sell them FRESH by the dozen at the Danville Farmers Market on north Vermilion St or on our Farm.
We have also added Pickled Garlic Scapes that are available all year (while supplies last)!
