We are a family operated butchershop. Rick and Jean met in the family butchershop in PA, and now with their four children and spouses, are glad to offer you the best meats for your family's eating enjoyment. Family recipes handed down the generations are used to make some of our signature items - ham loaf, sweet bologna, sausages, etc.
With our federal license we can do custom as well as 'For Sale' butchering and processing. We process poultry meat but are not slaughtering poultry, as yet. Beef, hogs, deer, elk, sheep, goats, and buffalo can be slaughtered under inspection at our plant.
